North America Sales Representative - California Focus

What You'll Do

Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound, referrals, events, and industry channels, with emphasis on California target accounts. Run full-cycle sales: discovery, solution alignment, quotation/proposal, negotiation, close. Build relationships with AI-enabled smart appliance, connected-home, plastics, injection molding, and industrial automation customers. Partner with technical, project, and quotation teams to scope and deliver credible solutions. Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding into new accounts. Maintain accurate territory/account plans and pipeline notes.
